Decent Salary, Regular work hours (not a lot of OT) and Good Benefits

Management direction frequently updated, position responsibilities constantly updated, poor supervisor capabilities. HR seems to be lacking in company involvement with little or no investigations into allegations. Team Work and Respect are company policy that are used constantly but not necessary adhered to.
