      Friendly , Easy, Above the average pay for industry

      I liked the former CEO and the owner but unfortunately he trusted wrong people as managers and finally sold the business to Mittera! Unfortunately Mittera couldn't save the company so far and the reason is keeping uneducated ,high salary managers if you asked me !

      Pros

      Conveniently located near the 610, 290 & I-10. Offices are nice. The pay was good. I have a lot of respect for the President of the Company and the Plant Manager. Flexible about working on week-ends or after work to get caught up. Nice Thanksgiving and Christmas parties.

      Cons

      Too much nepotism in some departments. Too much drama. Some upper management treat hourly employees beneath them. Hard work should be valued more than brown nosers!
