      Being there for people at the end of their life

      Bullying from those at the top on a powertrip Lack of communication Unsafe working conditions No confidentiality everyone knows your business CEO is even worse than the last one - completely clueless and hides away Very closed culture Registered Manager hides things and is very manipulative CQC haven't been in for 7 years - you can tell it has been left to rot
