      -Main focus of work is safety, which means plenty of rest when your not on the stand -Lots of other young people to work with; you can grow good friendships -Amazing management team is a great introduction to professionalism in the workplace

      -Lots of time in the heat and sun -Dealing with kids isn't fun for everyone -Just a summer job
