Management is very supportive in allowing employees to take time off when it's needed, whether it's formal PTO or a casual day here and there to take care of some personal things. I feel like I'm part of the front line of innovation.

Still a small team so sometimes projects can slow down while team members react to changing priorities. I feel this will get better as the team grows larger.
