Management takes favorites, Management does not listen to staff Management bullies people they dont like or disagree with them until they shut up or quit Management has unrealistic expectations Company was bought, on site director has melted down repeatedly and cant stand anyone who challenges him. On site HR is absolutely worthless and only gaslights employees, will not support employees with any issue and will allow management to retaliate currently dealing with multiple employee lawsuits medicine has dramatically dropped off in past 3 years
