Pros
Talent here is top tier. Customer base is growing and have some awesome customers. We get to work on all the latest technologies. I don't have to be 100% billable to be successful. Family oriented. Family comes first. I get to work from home. We have awesome team members and it is a team environment. The owners are hands on and are involved. Have not met someone here I did not like. Training is available and encouraged. Overall a good place to work if you do not need a lot of oversight. If you need someone to tell you what to do every day this is not the place for you.
Cons
There are always room for improvement. Company is growing at a good pace and leads to being spread out on multiple projects. Sometimes we need to be onsite for Client A but taking calls for Client B which is a little frustrating. Team member are spread out over the USA. Need more team building exercises.
