Aggressively invests in employee training, very talented technical sales staff, management team is easy to work with, a smaller company that can move quickly to resolve issues and/or keep up with the IT industry. My 10 years there were some of the most fulfilling of my career.

Pros
Everyone has the same goal to be the best. Owners & Management go the extra mile to make sure you succeed in whatever department you may work Sales, Engineers, & Warehouse. EDI is just one big Family with the heart to win!
Management is extremely supportive of their employees and they care about your success, both personally and professionally. The more you sell, the better your pay. Management actually listens to their staff and turnover is extremely low.
Cons
Having to use vacation days as sick days if you are sick is a real bummer. Sales is a cut-throat business probably best-suited for aggressive go-getters.
