The culture, values and atmosphere and pace of work life is much more welcoming and relaxed at Eastern Health compared to other Metropolitan Health Services. EH is a combination of what you'd expect in a rural Health Service with a touch of city. Very traditional and cautious in approach and decision making.
Cons
Change and getting things done takes a long time at Eastern Health - there is an atmosphere of cautiously welcoming change, while still retaining and clinging to very traditional processes, governance, and methodologies which can be frustrating.
