Pros

Nothing as such. The owner of the company is little better as compared to the other leaders.

Cons

I worked their and the managers make your life miserable. They will torture you everyday and you will feel like you're in a school. The managers treat you like a donkey specially the sales team are worthless. They behave like a god and will never stop commenting on you. They will always complain about your attire, personality. The Manager is the worthless person I've ever come across. He doesn't have any professionalism. They even ask you to sign a bond for 1 year and will demand a blank cheque for 1 lac. If you're joining the company or planning to join think twice because you will be making your life miserable. You journey in this company will be like walking on fire barefoot.

Excellent opportunity to work on multiple domains and clients, which helps in gaining broad business knowledge. Good exposure to end-to-end projects, including requirement gathering, stakeholder management, dashboard development, deployment, and support. Employees get ownership of their work and are encouraged to interact directly with clients. Opportunities to learn new technologies and enhance problem-solving skills through challenging projects.

Cons

More Employee engagement activities would be appreciated. Additional opportunities for team-building programs could further strengthen collaboration.
