Let's see, how much time do I have here? First of all, I was told both in the job description and interview that this was a Sales job with 100% inbound leads. Newsflash: it's not. If cold calling/Customer Service jobs where Transfer Agents harass the elderly by calling them nonstop only to be transferred to you for a fun conversation is for you, then this job is for you. If you enjoy a Big Brother work environment where managers can listen in on your call at any time unbeknownst to you, and proceed to start messaging you during the call (and telling you what you're doing wrong on your literal first week of throwing you out in the wild with virtually ZERO training by your manager), this job is for you. If you like having daily "Occupancy Reports" being sent for the whole company to see, where you have to be on the phone or "in ready" 75% of the day, at minimum, then this job is for you. Oh yeah, and if you like having to report that you're using a bathroom break, then this job is also for you. I could list more and more examples, but I think you get the picture. This is the equivalent to a factory job - only that it's supposed to be Medicare Sales. I don't see how a single soul could not be miserable in this role. I would not wish this job upon my worst enemy. If I could give this role and company both 0 stars, I would.
