Low-trust environment with a lot of micromanagement. Feels like there’s a stronger focus on monitoring attendance than empowering people to deliver. Terminations are fairly frequent, but the reasoning wasn’t always communicated clearly to the team, creating uncertainty. Employee learning and development didn’t feel like a priority. Ironic for a company that serves L&D teams. Even basic tools like poor laptops made day-to-day work harder than necessary.
