      Pros

      - Young team - Nice offices - If you are sales orientated, they will find a place for you. - Growing company

      Cons

      - Lack of organisation between teams - No interest in other teams apart from Sales. - Too much work, extra hours are assured - Miscommunication between employees and senior management - There's no proper HR team - Still with startup mind but they are no longer a startup - Organization was confusing sometimes.

      Pros

      Great culture, have the ability to work autonomously but get help when needed. Lot's of opportunity for growth and flexibility within the company. Can forge your own career within the company. Get to travel to Europe, endless free snacks, and lot's of happy hours.

      Cons

      Management travels quite a bit, but it gives you the ability to own your work and be autonomous. Sometimes communication between offices is tough, but I've found this has gotten better since I started.
