      Pros

      Video advertising industry is growing fast and some product is great.

      Cons

      Compared to the # of people and company size, not that many people are productive and well experienced, and some people who titled Head of something do not execute but only work verbally. Slow decision making from the management.

      Pros

      Great culture, have the ability to work autonomously but get help when needed. Lot's of opportunity for growth and flexibility within the company. Can forge your own career within the company. Get to travel to Europe, endless free snacks, and lot's of happy hours.

      Cons

      Management travels quite a bit, but it gives you the ability to own your work and be autonomous. Sometimes communication between offices is tough, but I've found this has gotten better since I started.
