      Consistent hours, potential to work half days on Fridays

      Cons

      There is very little room for advancement, if or when there is room to advance, the positions are filled by people who are liked regardless of their work quality. Supervisors are unprofessional. Cursing at their teams, speaking to people in a condescending manner. Overall toxic environment.

      Great people in the office Strong variety of work Most people started there as a first job and have stayed (at least in engineering) Great relationship between design and manufacturing Growing company
