      Pros

      From my experience working in a variety of organizations—some through acquisitions or new opportunities—ranging from startups to companies with over 600 employees, it's becoming clearer every day that Echelon is a real unicorn. They genuinely care about and take care of their people, encouraging everyone to be their truest selves. The work is incredibly fulfilling and rewarding.
