This company is a circus. Constant restructuring and layoffs of VPs/C-Suite. Product is constantly being rebooted and confuses customers and prospects. Marketing messaging is out of wack and constantly all over the place. There is no solid plan forward. Customers are dropping like flies because there is barely any customer support and the product is way overpriced. Current customers are always planning on leaving. Very poor internal communication between all teams constantly which looks really bad to customers.
