Pros

Put you in a position to learn. Friendly staff, for the most part.

Cons

Don't understand how to lead despite assurances to the contrary. Will name call and intellectually undermine. Have no/little patience. Bad pay, zero benefits, bonuses that get rescinded as "forwards on your next paycheck" weeks after being doled out.

Eclipse Web Response
10y
So sorry to hear that your time spent with Eclipse was not satisfactory. There seems to be a lot of false information here though, so perhaps I can clarify a bit. Eclipse offers and displays a superior level of respect to all of its employees, regardless of backgrounds, titles, experiences, etc. The balance of work/life we maintain, the vast opportunities we offer dedicated to personal and professional improvement, and even how we compensate our employees are all above local and national averages, which is supported by the fact that we were recently noted as one of the "101 Best and Brightest Companies To Work For." We do in fact offer all of our employees (minus interns) health benefits, which can immediately go into effect. Bonuses dedicated to commission, retention, etc. are all offered one month after a particular quarter has ended, which is pretty standard. If you would like to call us to see perhaps, where this level of confusion comes from, please feel free to do so, as we would love to rectify our relationship with you, if possible.

Pros

Competitive pay. Continued training. Family atmosphere. The leadership are experts at their fields. The location is close to I 85.

Cons

Smaller client types so growth is not as fast as some would like. The location can be a challenge when it comes to getting into Atlanta.

Pros

Great people and mission. Nathan and Erik are great leaders who actually had vision for their employees and wanted them to succeed. It was a fun, family-like culture. I enjoyed working here.

Cons

Even though cross-training was promised by the higher ups, other managers limited me to just content writing, a nit-picky field to begin with. The main training I received was solely for my writing rather than any SEO work to grow. I left as a one-trick pony rather than the jack of all trades I desired to be.
