Pros
The leadership team is inspiring and is always willing to roll their sleeves up. The culture is relaxed and friendly and people are treated with respect. The work/life balance is fantastic, as well as excellent benefits, profit sharing, room for advancement, lots of collaboration, supportive and helpful.
Cons
Not everyone is kept on the same page on mutual projects, and things change so quickly that work that's already been done needs to be redone, which wastes a significant amount of time.
