Pros
Such an inspiring team and business to be apart of. Everyone works so hard as a team on how we can all be better individually, as a team, and how we can produce the best results. Super supportive environment that pushes you to want to be the best version of yourself in every way.
Cons
It may seem to good to be true but for me, there are no cons. Best professional decision I made was to work here. The only 'con' I can really think of isn't to do with the business, but myself in the business. I love my team and what I do so much that I barely switch off and am always talking to clients or the team. It doesn't feel like 'work' and I love what I do so I just keep going.
