Pros
I have worked for 2 years, As consultant programmer. I really like about their condition working for programmer who wants to work from home. you only need to do meeting at morning for daily standup and afternoon for daily checkpoint. and its meeting only takes 15 minutes. As long as the works done, you don't need to do much. Also they have provide their employee to get certification which is great for learning more about your competencies.
Cons
As long as the works done, you can get the job fast. But if the backlogs being miscalculated, you need to do overtime without compensation pay. This overtime is kinda random, it depends on what kind project that you get with your team. from 4 projects that i have been through, only 1 that i have through this.
