- To join some clients, you have to go through an interview process with them. It's supposed to be low stress/stakes but it's not ideal because the tech interview process is broken - Hopped around many projects in 1.5 years, 4 in total. It's challenging to grow when the decisions you make never come up again as you're already onto the next project - Internal culture is hard during covid, but really challenging to grow the company culturally and connect with other teammates because everyone is segmented by client - If you want to make a large impact, this is not the place because clients come first. Getting clients to improve engineering processes is an impossible battle, so you're left with trying to impact on a per-project basis or feel the friction of internal impact with a segmented team
