      - Unorganized, freedom to fill in job content

      Cons

      - Way behind the rest in the industry - No real value for customers - No structure, disorganized - Nepotism by the CEO in Belgium (family, friends) - Mediocre salaries - Extremely difficult to start as sales. (no territory defined, when you have an opportunity, an incumbent sales will claim it is his customer )
