Ecoplexus doesn not value or take care of their employees and client/land owners. - Business Development Ecoplexus Employee Review

There is no HR at Ecoplexus. I worked for 6 years and never really knew exactly what I was working for. Contracts remained constantly up in the air and when I signed one, CEO didn't want to pay what was owed and would change even though contract stated otherwise. I helped grow Ecoplexus with the projects I acquired from a start up to a top 10 developer in the US. I procured over 1 gw of projects and to get out of paying me my commissions and moneys owed, they let me go. Ecoplexus also put me in many positions to constantly improve owner relations after they did not pay option moneys on time or just couldn't get an honest update on projects. I stayed in belief I was a part of something and we were going through growing pains, my patience would be rewarded. I was sorely wrong. I brought so much value to the company and never was acknowledged or compensated for my work. I sent the CEO an email summarizing my work for them and overall experience there. He could not be bothered to even reply.
