      Experience to learn new things. Employees are given the freedom to venture on the strategy that would work to get the job done. Others would be the company's culture on having work flexibility, trusting...

      Cons

      The project or task that was given will be done solely by the person that was originally given the responsibility. Not enough team work spirit when it comes to cross border branches network. One must know or pro in all related subjects or you'll be question on your knowledge or capability. It's more on "individuality" rather than team work.
