Pros
Really intelligent and interesting colleagues, lots of growth opportunities, lots of educational and personal development opportunities. Clear rules. Clear motivational scheme that allows you to earn as much as your productivity alows.
Cons
It's your responcibility to survive inbetween your greediness and produclivity limits. Fix and bonus scheme work as a real juicer: you can earn decent or even good money, but you'll have to be consistently overproductive workaholic. IT infrastructure is lousy (safe, but lousy). Oh, and new office is a crumped nightmare!
