Pros
Very relaxed communication with the colleagues
Cons
Terrible management - They can change everything, and I mean everything, overnight. They are so arrogant that nothing you can say or mention event worthy of their time. Your manager can talk behind your back and gossip about you with your colleagues. They are very skilled at passing the blame. The fault is always yours even if you work day and night, 16 hours per day, work on several projects at the same time, during the national holidays or weekends, and your time off. They will hire some friend of theirs without even proper selection criteria and give him/her a high position regardless of their experience. Did I mention that management talks behind your back? Yes, they do gossip. Such a shame... Terrible office location - Helloo, the world is going remote. FYI. The location is so bad that during the pandemic, they decided to go for a construction project and cut out the water supply of the building. Hygiene is what?! Terrible office design - Office design is some desks and some chairs. That's it. No place to eat your lunch or have a breakfast. No place to rest your back when you are exhausted from your chair. No dedicated place to have a meeting. We just grabbed a coffee or tea and head downstairs to the construction zone to have a daily stand-up.
