Hours can be long, no more than any startup...

-Good mission -Some cool coworkers -a good entry-level job

-Techbro 'are we winning' mindset -Working hard, not smart — products built with very little forethought, so solutions rested on faulty foundations that eventualy resulted in problems popping up later -Work/life balance not encouraged -Substandard pay -Attempts to get security certification threw all user-friendliness out the window. We could have been security compliant without making it impossible to find documents, comunicate with coworkers, etc.. Instead, they subjected all workers to blanket changes that were extremely difficult to work with
