      Relaxed and casual work environment Ability to work in the field and inside the office People are generally nice to one-another

      Cons

      No 401K retirement saving option Only 2 Weeks PTO (this includes sick days) Wages are not comparable to other companies in the industry Poor communication across the company Cramped office space - People working inside a house - No restroms for women! No dedicated Human Resources offices

      Pros

      The employees have the shared interests of appreciating the natural world. It's a growing company, which allows employees the opportunity to create paths that align with their interests and goals. There are often dogs in the office, which bring laughter and joy. The PTO and benefits are generous and well-received.

      Cons

      Need more procedures and processes created so when an employee leaves, there is documentation to follow.
