      My coworkers were great to work with but I feel for them due to the president.

      Cons

      I don't think I've ever worked in a more toxic environment where you can almost cut the anxiety of the employees with a knife. Why? The president is so volatile and treats the employees like bird dogs. Berates and humiliates them like children. How he's lasted in business I don't know. I would recommend you reading the customer reviews - that tells it all. This job move was a big mistake!

      Availability to use the restroom, working in the hot, cold, and wet weather, and debris getting into respiratory system.

      Lower-end pay scale with a low ceiling for advancement. Does not have great internal communication about projects. Outdated CRM and land management software.
