      I enjoy everything about cars so no brainer for me to be able to work at Edelbrock. Fun new projects to be involved in both old and new performance parts

      Pros

      Great people to work with, very team orientated. 4 x 10 hour days with Friday's off more than not.

      Cons

      Upper Management just wants to sit in meetings all day, not visibility to the actual workforce. Not keeping with the times, missed opportunities on newer car product development.
