Poor management - Receptionist Eden Hotel Collection Employee Review

Lovely and friendly staff. Good benefits, able to visit other hotels at staff rate. Staff are rewarded well. Able to go to university and come back during the holiday periods. Flexibility to book holidays and go on leave. Very nice managers and food and beverage team who work together well during busy periods. Good experience as you will be handling various tasks.

Can get very busy and not always enough staff.

everyone is so kind, you can tell how much they care for all staff, great company benefits. No wonder they have won all the awards they have so far!!
