other team members are good people to work with

terrible management, no strategy, you have to make up excuses to clients all the time for malfunctioning systems. IT systems are always failing. Most people are running around the office like headless chickens most of the time. The most common answer to any question is "I don't know" you are expected to work evenings and weekends and even on Christmas. Low salary the benefits which seem good on paper are actually a waste of time, no one uses them if you don't believe how bad the company is go and check trustpilot.

Pros

Good benefits. Laid back atmosphere. Fast paced. Great work life balance. You get to challenge yourself on a daily basis that allows you to feel a sense of accomplishment.

Cons

Management Culture: The organization suffers from a lack of accountability at the upper management level. There is a frequent "finger-pointing" culture rather than a focus on collaborative problem-solving. Operational Disorganization: Internal workflows and processes are highly disorganized, leading to unnecessary friction in daily tasks. Communication Barriers: Significant language and communication barriers across global teams often stall progress on critical initiatives. Recruitment Transparency: The most disappointing aspect was the lack of honesty during the hiring process. The actual requirements and expectations of the role differed significantly from what was presented during interviews, particularly regarding flexibility and location. Technical Debt: The company struggles with significant operational inefficiencies and a lack of investment in modernizing its internal processes, which makes it difficult for high-level professionals to execute effectively.
