Pros

none as such. We are just employed and fetching a small salary so-called majduri.

Cons

People are treated like slaves here. No decorum is maintained. We need to ask for everything. Can not go for lunch without taking permission. If we do so, management people call their teammates and ask to come right now because of some urgent work. When so-called employees come, these management people take their own sweet time and will just ask "what did you do today?". That's it!!!! An employee like me left my lunch in between, waited for an hour, just to listen to these words "what did you do today". This is a crazy culture!!!! No freedom to work. If we have little less work for a day, we are asked to do the work which does not belong to us. It's like, we are paying you and our sweeper is not here. As you work for us, just clean the floor for today or for the next few more days until we have other work for you. (Leads are not bothered about utilizing this time and scale our skills during this cool period). No learning opportunity. [Slaves are just meant to work day and night and have no rights to ask for anything. Even if we raise it, we are almost threatened of firing.] We are not your personal property: -- When we are about to leave the office for the day. My manager calls me(almost every day) and asks me to wait as he has something urgent to discuss. Again, the managers will take their own sweet time(as they are busy in gossiping, the most important thing they must be doing). They will come and ask "what did you do today?". For this question, I waited for so long?????? -- My cellphone keeps ringing even after I reach my home. Was the torture done during the office hour and extended office hours was not enough??? -- I am being called on the weekend as well. I don't know when can I sleep peacefully. No mind-space is given to people to think about doing their work more efficiently. People are treated like ponies who can pick the loads without using the mind. Work-life balance is an alien term here. This is how the Edfora culture is. Hopefully, people get rid of these kinds of leeches. I know, I must leave my job here. But, have no options right now. Will search for an option sooner and will throw away my resignation letter on my manager's face.

Hi, Seems like you really do not like your experience working with us. I do regret the inconvenience caused to you. I believe every relationship is a two-way street and there can be no smoke without a fire somewhere. I am saddened by the fact that you were unable to raises these concerns to us either in person or anonymously within the organisation itself. Nonetheless, you raised concerns on three aspects of our organisation; work culture, autonomy & learning opportunities. Kindly allow me to bring up certain facts about our organisation for persons interested to read the same. We are a start-up organization, each member of our team is a leader & entrepreneur in his or her own right. Deliverable & Deadlines are sacrosanct within the organization and we all chip-in to adhere to the same. Being a flat organization when it comes to hierarchy, each person is a leader/owner of tasks assigned. We have team managers who are more of mentors in play rather than managers. Which encourages learning & autonomy within the system. I would be happy to discuss any concerns you may in person and try to make your stay with us a bit more bearable or maybe convert you into a family member. Regards Mark Nazareth

Pros

No positive point. everything is worst here.

Cons

This company is one of the worst places to work. The management is extremely biased, favoring certain employees (Gungun, Bahu Rani many other) while ignoring others. There is no concept of work-life balance—employees are expected to work endlessly with no appreciation. Leadership lacks vision, and decisions are made based on personal favoritism rather than business sense. The CEO (sasta Narayana Murthy) has an inflated ego and treats employees like laborers rather than professionals. Salaries are paid only to favored employees, while others are ignored and left unpaid. The work environment is toxic, filled with gossip and favoritism, where certain employees get special treatment while others struggle. Instead of focusing on improving the product and business, management wastes time on unnecessary things.
