Pros

Some of the coworkers are great and helpful. The parking is free and convenient. There are a lot of restaurants to grab lunch from in the area.

Cons

Management and HR aren’t taking COVID or the concerns of its employees seriously. They’re not willing to work with employees who have health concerns or employees that have expressed they have issues with daycare during this pandemic. They are not family friendly at all. There is no work life balance because the workload is outrageous and the managers have too high of expectations for their understaffed departments. The benefits are expensive and the salaries are low. Management thinks appreciation lunches will fix the low morale in the company.

Consider the lone five-star review on Indeed, which states, "If you feel like this company isn't a team-based company, then you should look inward and maybe consider that you are not a team player." This kind of comment, even in a positive review, highlights the problematic atmosphere and the type of colleagues you might encounter. For those working on-site, interacting with coworkers can be particularly unpleasant. Specifically, people of color should be aware that advancement opportunities are severely limited. These individuals often become scapegoats for the company’s numerous issues and lack any real voice in the organization. Leadership lacks diversity, which is evident from their website. Ultimately, there are other agencies with more advanced CRM systems, superior company culture, and better benefits that offer a more inclusive and modern work environment.
