Pros

There is absolutely no pro to working for this company.

Cons

Edge Executives preys on recent grads and high school students. They say the marketing strategies they use are "direct" which basically means you'll be doing trade shows and door to door sales if you work for this company. The entire firm is 20-30 somethings and everyone has seemed to master the manipulative vernacular in order to coax you into working for them. When interviewing with them I couldn't find one single review on Glassdoor, so here's your review. As a professional with 3 years of experience in marketing, don't take these guys seriously. They focus on numbers rather than quality employees and don't believe in a "seniority" system even if you're over-qualified, everyone starts from the bottom. When asking their main goal of hiring and putting their employees through their "promotional steps" their main (and only) goal is to get you to open another office and expand. They appeal to people who want part time, remote, and travel. A HUGE scam, can't believe I wasted time on this AWFUL company. Save yourself an interview and don't even think of interviewing for this extremely unprofessional "company". This company is a Multi-level marketing scheme through and through.
