Pros
At a smaller company, I am finding it easier to put my ideas in front of the boss and he happens to be a great listener! The person I have replaced had a different skill set and there is a lot of room to run.
Cons
There was some recent turnover during the summer, but it looks like the new team and talent coming on board are bringing fresh ideas.
