      Pros

      Incredibly hard working, and loyal employees. Co-workers are great people.

      Cons

      The best employees are treated the worst and the worst employees are treated the best. Overwhelming work load and un-realistic demands. Employees go above and beyond for this CEO . You will walk on egg shells everyday. Back stabbing and two faced behavior is the norm and comes from the top. The CEO is very angry, and holds management to unfair practices. The terrible things the CEO says about employees get back to the employees. Great people ALL leave because your home life and health will suffer in this environment. No one holds this toxic environment accountable at all. HR knows better!!

      Extremely casual attire, pizza once a month.

      Cons

      Dirty smelly office, filthy bathrooms, inexperienced lead personel that lack management skills. Unfortunately I witnessed after hours the lead person openly humiliating using foul language describing individuals that had left for the day. Talk about harassment. Lead personal continue to openly verbally abuse others and NOTHING is ever done until the complainant is let go! At Christmas, the owner asks for employees to donate money to a cause . We never got confirmation the total collected or given out AND the employees aren't given any form of receipt. She collects and gets the writeoff!
