The worst company to work for - avoid - Marketing Edit Employee Review

Employees are overworked and receive very little support. The Leeds and Bath "leadership" team are extremely weak. The growth officer manager to actually shrink the business and made 50+ people in redundant. "Leadership" try to be slick in front of clients, but are awful to staff on a 1-to-1 basis. They pretty much have a "suck it up" approach. Edit don't care about it's staff, and ave no development plans for them. People only look out for themselves and it's the type of company where people will stab you in the back to get where they want to be. Don't work for Edit - avoid at all costs. More redundancies are inevitable. "Leaders" have no empathy at all.
