Developers and designers are told to do just as the client says and if you try to intervene and suggest better things, you are told that you don't suit the company. 7. It's challenging to explain simple things to founders and they get offended by everything very very easily. 8. The washroom is smaller than imagination and super untidy and no actions are taken even after continuous feedback/requests/complains. 9. Finance department is always lost.
