No phones at your desk and no leaving the office to take important personal phone calls, archaic approach to management and no thinking allowed. Do as you’re told and be ready for the telling off when managers amend your orders and the stock runs out. I spent more time covering my back than I did doing the job. Genuinely made me ill working here and I was the fifth hire of the year because no one would stay.
