Pros
Great place to get your foot in the door, as turnover is so high = always hiring. Great on-site management.
Cons
Not a lot of room for growth within the company. Low starting wages, CEO directly stated they don't believe in wage increases. Corporate seems to lose sight on the day to day of the company. The CEO doesn’t seem to care and/or have time for employees not in upper management.
