Cons
- Leadership are too keen on 9-5 and thus are not very flexible in terms of working hours and working from home. There is some degree of remote work involved, yet it is the exception not the norm - Coherence among internal teams is not optimal, and sometimes there are way too many stakeholders where the word MVP is not well understood. - There is bureaucracy in decision making which makes some shifts in work or product decisions too slow to take place.
