Pros

The flexibility and the people** *although it’s luck of the draw

Cons

The CEOs do not listen to their employees and only listen to a select few in senior management. Senior management make decisions about process and efficiency rates based on inaccurate theories of efficiency. Content is watched like a hawk through time sheets, whiles sales, tech, and support do not have to fill out time sheets. CEOs have never been educators and are making pedagogical decisions on various disciplinary subjects. Some/Most of these decisions lack backing and go against educational practices. CEOs didn’t put money into technical improvements and put money into exploring the USA and it’s costing the company. Management believe in top level decision making and have no collaborative strategies with employees or value their opinion when making decisions. The company has no work flow besides using Google spreadsheets to track progress of tasks. Managers and CEO talk about wanting to improve education and believe in innovation, however they do not value employees who suggest how to create a better product for teachers and students. Employees who suggest or give opinions on how to improve education do not last long. Sales is struggling to sell the products due to CEOs and senior management not listening and making decisions regarding customer feedback. Tech is struggling due to lack of support and are very risk adverse in trying new things and building new things into the platform.

new leadership team, company restructure means focusing on the right things. broader team is great, some really awesome people work at Edrolo. great parental leave.

Cons

pay was not always consistent.
