      Can't think of any Pros, I'm so happy to be out of that hell hole

      Terrible management, low pay, lots of yelling and criticisms, even for the top performers

      This review came only 3 weeks before his other online rant. Here he lists himself as "Production Manager", which isn't accurate. My Production Manager has been here over 12 years...still here. There certainly is no yelling from Management at this company. Again, if you are a poor performer, you will not do well with our company. We do not offer easy jobs. You are expected to work. Every good employee we've ever had is treated so well they rarely leave.

      It's an okay starting wage with not hard work.

      Cons

      There is no advancement. Lots of back and forth between management and progress is slow Little in the way of raises. Turnover is frequent.
