Seriously Dysfunctional Company - Program Advisor Educatius Group Employee Review

The management is delusional, greedy, and impossible to deal with. There is zero opportunity for growth, nobody moves up except for people of Swedish citizenship. Don't count on getting a raise to keep up with inflation. The China office is not even a legitimate operating entity. All payments/refunds have to go through a lengthy authorization process including 3 different people which takes forever and makes clients unhappy. Please note most of the other positive reviews are coming directly from the marketing team, or from people who are not in the Boston office.
