      Pros

      If you look for a LOT of experience and train your MENTAL, this company is really good for you to DEVELOP your resilience. The food stalls in front of the company are good and affordable. They provide allowance for monday-thursday fasting.

      Cons

      - Not a good fit if you want to be in structurized environment - at HQ, the culture is Muslim nuanced (though there is no discrimination) - for some division, the CEO often intervenes directly, gave bigger pressure. - A lot of sudden decision that impacted the whole employee
