Pros
It's remarkable to say I enjoy working with everyone on the team here, but I do. We genuinely care about each other and the quality of the work we do and the service we provide, which is a refreshing change. There is a nice range of diverse strengths, talents and abilities that everyone brings together, which allows us to be more synergistic. I've also been impressed by how hard everyone works but that we still have fun together. The company has been around for over 38 years and has changed a lot over that time but I feel like it's finally starting to realize how much potential is has, and it's exciting to be a part of it.
Cons
We need to take better advantage of all we have to offer and the amazing clients we have served over the years. Fortunately, we are starting to do that now.
