Pros
Stable job as Egyptair is a government company and it is almost impossible to get fired as a government employee unless you do a huge wrong and even then you'll be given a second chance. Full medical insurance, they have their own hospital plus international insurance with BUPA. Most of your colleagues are friendly and nice, with time you feel like they are your family.
Cons
Very low salary compared to all major airlines. Egyptian passengers will make you tired, they are not quiet and have many requests. Their is a shortage in the cabin crew numbers and many flights take off with minimum crew or minimum plus one which adds extra work to your own duties, you are basically doing your duties plus the duties of a missing cabin crew member, the company doesn't hire enough cabin crew in order to save money, planes rarely take off with full crew, you are always stressed and overloaded. Management is really bad and work environment is unfair.
