Pros
Overall the company was a good place to work. Job was generally low stress, and a lot of coworkers with great experience to learn from. Very stable company.
Cons
-No flexibility. No working from home, or flex hours. Talk a lot about work/life balance, but this just means you can get away with working the standard 9-5. -Many employees who have been around for 15+ years who are too comfortable. This leads to employees who are paid to do very little actual work. -Not great salaries.
